This 16 Inch (40cm) penguin has a silvery grey body, black and white head and orange beak. As the penguin's feet are slightly weighted the balloon does not rise, instead it hovers just above the floor.
When you set off, pulling the string behind you, your penguin will obediently follow - walking behind you like a well-trained pet.
